About Mount Law
We, Josine van den Berg and Sjo Anne Hoogcarspel, met in 2010 while working at Klos Morel Vos & Schaap, the first boutique IP law firm of the Netherlands. We specialized in intellectual property and are experienced all-round IP litigators. Josine further focuses on media law and Sjo Anne on art law and commercial contracts.
We found that our individual fields of practice complemented each other and that we also connected on a personal level.
In 2020 we founded Mount Law. We believe that our commitment to providing excellent, to the point and personal legal service sets us apart.
